Track/Cross Girls 2005-2006

The Thursday Temple goers

Annual R.U.N. (Runners Unification Night) '06

That's right: our camp out got off with a grrrreat (ehee) start! Stacie found this poor, helpless, abandoned, little kitty. His adobptive name (among many) was Miles (get it? cuz it was a "running" campout.) ;) Anyhoo we will end the story of Miles there, becuase Stacie might be reading this, and we don't want her to be sad...

Tie dye shirtsies...so fun!

Soooo after spending about 20 hours building our fire (eheee) and getting our beds ready, a man come over with this HUGE Honkin flash light and was like, "like what are you, like.." no actually he didn't talk like that, but he basically asked us what we were doing. In chorus we all answered him, "Caaampiiiing!" :> (O boy, he was proably thinking "duh!") Apparently he was already heading to bed when we drove in or he didn't hear our cars. Either way he asked nicely that we PAY and then went back to bed.

That night was so fun! It was the first time for many of us (including myself) to sleep (as I like to call it:) "bare naked" under the stars (as in: no tent.) We talked and laughed and really bonded (we could make a movie out of those lines...) Anyhow we had Sexie Lexie with us... it was one of the first times she got to be with "the girls" before school started, which was really nice. Good memories...

After a short saturday run WAIT! that doesn't sound right. Saturday and short don't EVER go together. Lets try that again: After a long saturday run (ooh MUch better) we cooled off with some skiing!

Ash! What a "stinken" good skier! She has muscles of steel!

Go Vanessa, we could not keep that girl off the water (right vaness...)

Hey what happened to Carolyne and Stacie?... oh yeah they were "rescued" by some very fine genetlemen in to their boat. (ehee)

Thanks to brother Lifferth for taking us around the lake, it was a BIG splash! (eheee sorry it was just too tempting.)
