Cynthia's parents came from Texas and spent the week in Logan during Conference. It was so nice to have met them. They are both wonderful people. On Sunday we had a great "throw together in the last minute" dinner, Eli came and spent it with us as well. We also had a great Family Home Evening. We shared some great thoughts with each other over a Spagetthi Squash lassagna(the squash was from aunt Vonda and uncle Orvall's garnen). I must say it always feels great to be fed physically and spiritually at the same time! :>
Anita was able to come from California. Nos divertimos mucho. Me encanto veerla! She was able to get tickets for conference, and I was able to go with her to the Saturday morning session. A lot of her single adult friends from California came, that was fun. After the morning session we went to one of the guy's aunt house. His aunts and uncle made lunch for us, it was sooo kind of them. It was delightful!
The I love Mormon's sign was a new adition to conference I had not noticed before. Despite the antagonists outside of the conference center during general conference, many saints gathered afterwards, and sang hymns. These memebers happen to have a sign as well. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a snap shot!
