The first night in Mexico, we went out to eat at a restaurant called "El Nido." It literally felt like birds nest! The cage behind Vince actually held dozens of beautiful birds! It made for a neat ambiance. The wood work in the restaurant was also very neat. I would recommend it for those traveling down south. It is a neat place both day and night. There are wood burning fireplaces all around as well. Their tortillas are made right there at the restaurant and the food of course, was great! My favorite item on the menu: Pina coladas! Well and to top things off, we were serenated by live music. Oh the goodness of my culture!
