We went to a park called Xcaret. It was about 4 hours away from Merida, closer to Cancun. It was very beautiful, a little pricy, but worth it because at night they have the most spectacular 2 hour cultural show. AMAZING! Anyhow it was so much fun. Although we didn't capture a picture of the underground river we swam in , I wanted to mention that we met a man while going into the river. He is from portugal. It was neat to hear Matthew speak to someone from a very sweet place in his heart.
